As a Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
