Working knowledge of computer systems and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CAD/AVL systems used for incident reconstruction, vehicle tracking, response timeline analysis, and data validation. This position supports the development of intervention strategies to resolve identified unsafe acts and conditions observed, produces reports, maintains records, and serves as the official representative of the Safety department on accident and incident sites.
