Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, leasing spaces, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential apartment community.
