Qualifications Requirements Master's degree in social work required LSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT - Preferred (not required) 3-5 years prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population required Inpatient psychiatric population experience preferred Knowledge of case management, discharge planning, group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, Experience running group therapy Flexibility for reassignment to units providing care to varied populations including children, adolescents, adults, older adults and dually diagnosed patients in an inpatient hospital setting.
