Maintain accurate, organized, completed, and detailed records and develop and maintain reports as required or assigned• Maintain open communication between Dean, PD's, and Student Affairs to identify high-risk students• Continuously monitor academically at-risk students and recorded activities, progress and communications within the student management system• Maintain an encouraging, supportive, and positive attitude• Proctor examinations as needed• Track and document all work and support activities to permit analysis of areas for improvement• Additional duties as assigned.
