Environment: Indoor office setting, exposure to computer screens • Physical Requirements: Hearing and speaking to exchange information with students, staff, and parents; seeing to read, proofread, perform clerical tasks, and periodic work on a computer screen; intermittent sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday; dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment; kneeling, bending at the waist, and reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally to retrieve and store files and supplies; lifting light objects; driving a vehicle to attend visits at resource centers, external venues, and staff meetings. Knowledge and experience with curriculum tools and instructional strategies Proficient with online educational platforms and virtual conferencing tools Self-starter who thrives on challenge and is able to multi-task Excellent organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills Experience supporting student groups, including English Learners, Gifted students, Homeless, Foster youth, and Special Education students.
