At least 7 years of professional experience with one or more of the following: Modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, Telephony switching system networks, Internet communications, Packet switching systems, Designing, developing, and/or testing systems that modulate, demodulate, multiplex, and/or demultiplex digital communications signals.
