Position requires experience in the following: Experience with analytical processes and developing deliverables using GIS software such as ArcMap, ArcPro, and ArcGIS Online; Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Project; Complex understanding of NEPA and CEQA documentation and environmental clearance; Formulate comprehensive institutional funding strategies and draft formal grant applications and financial proposals to federal and state agencies; Experience facilitating cross-sector project presentations to public sector agencies, private sector entities, and elected officials; Data analytics and automation of transportation datasets using Python and SQL, and dashboarding using Power BI; Analyze and interpret travel demand modeling and transit service planning into summary documents and presentations; and.
