This position is responsible for both project coordination and jurisdictional coordination, working closely with internal real estate and development teams, municipalities, consultants, engineers, attorneys, and other project stakeholders to identify development requirements, obtain necessary approvals, address regulatory issues, and keep projects moving forward. The states in which U-Haul will decline to hire nicotine users are: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington.
