Unit Description: As an Operating Room RN at The University of Vermont Medical Center, Vermont’s only Level I Trauma Center, you will circulate and scrub across a full range of high-acuity surgical cases including trauma, cardiac, neuro, orthopedics, and robotic-assisted (Da Vinci) procedures. This is a highly collaborative, patient-centered perioperative environment where OR nurses work in true partnership with engaged surgeons, a strong intraoperative support team, and visible, available leadership (support readily accessible throughout the day).
