The Healthcare Superintendent will be responsible for: Lead and oversee all aspects of Occupied building and MEP initiatives on large hospital and higher education projects, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and adherence to budgetary constraints. Supervision and Leadership: Manage a team of field staff, including foremen, subcontractors, and trade workers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the successful execution of Healthcare projects.
