Be knowledgeable about programs and services offered by University of Recreation & Wellbeing in order to communicate all policies and procedures to patrons and guests and answer questions they may have about our facility, memberships, or programs and services. Continually monitor and maintain cleanliness of entire facility, including, but not limited to, lobby, fitness spaces, equipment, locker rooms, and restrooms.
