Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll oversight, inventory, cost accounting, reconciliations, and monthly closePrepare monthly financial reporting in accordance with GAAPPartner with operations on cost tracking, margin analysis, inventory management, and production reportingSupport budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational decision-makingImprove accounting processes, internal controls, and ERP workflowsAssist with audits, tax support, and compliance reporting.
