This position will lead self-perform crews and subcontractors, coordinate project resources and schedules, perform survey and layout work, operate heavy equipment as needed, and ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, on schedule, and within budget. The Civil Superintendent is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing site development and construction activities including earthwork, excavation, grading, underground utilities, concrete, and paving preparation.
