Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field and six or more years of applicable project-management, operations, engineering, supply-chain, or continuous-improvement experience; or ten or more years of directly applicable professional experience in lieu of the degree requirement.
