- Ensure State/Area Managers are complying with Stake Center expectations.
- Ability to walk all types of terrain (grass, ditches, wooded areas, gravel, etc.) in and around construction zones and residential, commercial, industrial and rural areas in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, cold, heat, etc.).
This role ensures safe, profitable, and high‑quality delivery of building automation and controls projects and service agreements while driving business development efforts to expand construction sales and establish the branch in a growth market. Directly manage project managers, service supervisors, and technical leads; provide coaching, goal setting, and development plans that strengthen the team's building automation expertise.

p>Manage all IRB submissions, amendments, continuing reviews, and protocol adherence Prepare and submit annual reports, RPPR closeout reports, and milestone updates for NIH and CDC grants Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies related to research conduct, ethics, and data protection Work with industry on industry-sponsored research. Coordinate administrative tasks and timelines for new grant submissions Manage budgets, personnel allocations, and procurement for active projects Oversee and be responsible for data sharing plans and reporting to NIH, including NIMH Data Archive uploads and tracking project milestones.
