Primary responsibilities include personnel supervision, daily maintenance execution, hands-on HVAC/mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, work assignment, technical leadership, equipment outage support, contractor coordination, safety and quality oversight, technician development, work order documentation, and maintenance performance support. Coordinates daily work execution with the Planner/Scheduler, assigns and directs work within the HVAC/mechanical team, verifies job readiness, responds to emergent maintenance requirements, provides technical guidance, and ensures completed work meets safety, quality, documentation, and operational requirements.
