The role works closely with shipboard teams, Walt Disney Imagineering, Entertainment Operations, IT, Cybersecurity, Safety, and other key partners to maintain system reliability, implement technical solutions, support regulatory and company compliance requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the fleet. Provide technical leadership for the maintenance and sustainment of animatronic entertainment systems, partnering with Walt Disney Imagineering, Entertainment Operations, and shipboard teams to ensure safe, reliable, and exceptional guest experiences.
