In this role, you will support a strong safety culture while working collaboratively with internal team members and outside maintenance contractors.We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, demonstrates initiative, and is eager to learn and grow. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who follows established processes and seeks support when needed to troubleshoot and maintain controls and instrumentation.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote and maintain a strong culture of personal and process safety</li><li>Communicate effectively through verbal and written means, including daily logs, reports, and other documentation</li><li>Develop and implement equipment isolation plans (e.g., Lockout/Tagout)</li><li>Troubleshoot operational issues by collecting data, analyzing results, and making informed decisions to maintain product quality and equipment reliability</li><li>Perform general maintenance on pumps, motors, blowers, compressors, and other equipment</li><li>Monitor and record instrument readings to ensure proper operation</li><li>Change oil and filters on mechanical systems</li><li>Clean separator screens and perform routine housekeeping to maintain site cleanliness and a professional appearance</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in an industrial or maintenance-related field preferred</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Commitment to safety and teamwork</li></ul>Minimum Requirements<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Clean driving record and valid driver's license</li><li>Willingness to work all days and shifts, with periods of on-call status</li><li>Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) to properly record operating performance</li><li>Able to work in inclement weather and dirty conditions

What We Are Looking For (Overview):
Primary Purpose:Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of natural gas pipelines, compression stations and related field operations. Essential duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, repair, service and maintain valves, pipe, and pipeline appurtenances, generators, air compressors, pumps, gas compressors and engines (recip and turbine) as applicable.</li><li>Responsible for the general upkeep, cleanliness and maintenance of all company facilities and equipment including the pipeline right-of-way.</li><li>Participate in planning for equipment shutdowns, maintenance and outages.</li><li>Oversee construction and/or maintenance activities performed by third parties, including monitoring of 811 one-call tickets.</li><li>Inspect work completed by company third party contractors and construction crews.</li><li>Responsible for overseeing L-DAR program in the area, this includes 2 gas plants and the filed stations. Arranges for contractor to perform L-DAR inspections and makes the repairs to the leaks that are found in a timely basis.</li><li>Perform governmental compliance activities including but not limited to: line patrol, road and railroad crossing inspections and valve inspections.</li><li>Responsible for collecting monthly condensate samples at all facilities and delivering the to third party lab for analysis.</li><li>Determine root cause of mechanical issues and failures and ensure completion of necessary repairs.</li><li>Perform minor electrical maintenance/troubleshooting.</li><li>Start/stop operating equipment such as compressor engines and pumps within defined operating parameters.</li><li>Participate in the development of project scopes and work plans.</li><li>Represent the Company during contacts with landowner/tenants, public officials/emergency officials and at local meetings.</li><li>Identify and report unsafe conditions and correct safety and environmental concerns.</li><li>Provide detailed information to assist with the creation, planning, forecasting and managing of the operations budgets.</li><li>Maintain records of company expenses to assist with cash flow management, cost monitoring and control.</li><li>Provide input for the development of O&M procedures, project scope of work and work plans.</li><li>Complete all applicable documentation and record keeping.</li><li>Perform all work in compliance with company standards, procedures, regulatory, and company tariff requirements.</li><li>Communicate work activities to appropriate parties.</li><li>Actively participate in safety programs and initiatives.</li><li>Maintain a high regard for personal safety, the safety of employees, general public and company assets.</li><li>Respond to call-outs and work overtime as necessary including nights, weekends and holidays.</li><li>Operate and maintain various equipment (such as UTV, ATV, Forklift, skid steer, snow plow, etc.)</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
The EVS Assistant Manager is responsible for managing and supervising environmental services staff, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.<ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Assist the EVS Manager in overseeing daily operations of the environmental services team to ensure high standards of cleanliness.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and inventory of supplies and equipment.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Conduct training sessions for staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and infection control measures.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Effectively communicate with staff, residents, and facility management regarding operational needs and feedback.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies, including using personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Perform quality inspections of cleaning tasks and provide constructive feedback to team members.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Represent HCSG positively through courteous and cooperative interactions with supervisors, co-workers, clients, residents, and guests.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
