In conjunction with the Manager, accountable for personnel management (hiring, training, evaluating, scheduling), marketing and practice development (patient satisfaction, community programs, communications, new patient initiatives), and general administration. Responsibilities: Assists the manager with operations oversight of the area(s) assigned, which may include: Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Sports Rehab and/or support staff at their assigned locations.
