Through on-site engagement, coaching, and collaboration, this role helps drive process improvements, support frontline teams, and promote consistent execution of operational goals across the organization. Work closely with Practice Managers to drive the effectiveness of team huddles and staff meetings, promoting solid communication, team engagement, and consistent execution of operational goals.
