Lead Apple and OEM operations teams in executing operations builds and line bring-up material strategy Track build readiness and risks; partner with Procurement and Engineering on material down-selections, technical risks, and production risks Own communications across cross-functional teams - resolve issues proactively and communicate current status clearly and consistently Influence product cost and margin through material usage optimization projects Communicate system requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with cross-functional teams NPI owner for ordering, tracking, and actualizing material to support development builds and product ramp; drive on-time delivery through Apple Procurement and direct supplier engagement Cross-functional owner for BOM tracking and readiness Create purchase orders, maintain invoice tracking, and manage goods receipts Identify opportunities to streamline and automate operational workflows; build or contribute to tools that reduce manual effort and improve data visibility across the team Assess, analyze, and consolidate cross-functional data into concise, actionable briefings for management and executive audiences Travel internationally 5-10%. 3+ years of industry experience in NPI, Supply Chain Management, or Manufacturing Operations Bachelors degree required, preferably in Supply Chain/Operations, Engineering, or a related technical disciplineSystems thinker: able to connect tactical execution to broader program and business outcomes Ability to consolidate detailed cross-functional data into concise executive briefings Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to management Data-driven decision-making; high attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent workstreams Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or scripting to build solutions that optimize and automate operational workflows (e.g., Python, SQL, no-code/low-code tools, LLM-based tooling) Excel, database, and statistical software experience (SPSS, SAS, SQL, etc.) a plus Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence without direct authority Masters or MBA a plus.
