Responsibilities: Manage on site day-to-day operations of battery storage facilities, including monitoring system performance and coordinating maintenance activities and contractors; Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize system uptime and efficiency; Collaborate with asset management, engineering, and project teams to optimize battery storage design and integration with renewable energy sources; Ensure compliance with safety, commercial obligations, environmental, and regulatory requirements; Oversee the training and development of operations staff, ensuring a high level of competency and adherence to operational procedures; Monitor and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings; Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and key metrics; Other duties as required or assigned.
