Working closely with Transformation Tower Leads, Functional Executives (Finance, IT, HR, Procurement), and Corporate FP&A, the Director will translate transformation activities into clear P&L and cash impacts for Markets and Functions. Reporting to the Vice President, Value Realization Office, this role is accountable for establishing the governance, financial discipline, tracking, and reporting needed to ensure transformation commitments are properly baselined, owned, forecasted, and delivered.
