Several years of proven hands-on experience assembling discrete wire harnesses, interconnects, and connectors in a production setting, including soldering of wires, terminals, and related components; prior experience in automotive, aerospace, or high-volume electronics manufacturing environments is strongly preferred. Lead electrical troubleshooting of harnesses, wiring defects, connectors, and assemblies using diagnostic tools, visual inspection, continuity/hi-pot testing, and schematics; document production issues and collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to drive root-cause resolution and continuous improvement.
