Operate and maintain the brewery's utilities equipment, such as large ammonia system, HVAC, high pressure boilers, compressed air systems, desiccant air dryers plant water distribution systems, water softeners and carbon filters. Analyze data and information available, including SOPs, to help make decisions on equipment maintenance, equipment improvements and minimize wasted resources in water, energy, and natural gas.
