The Boiler House Operator must direct the operation of the boilers and associated equipment to produce steam as required, safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all environmental permits. Report mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, environmental, food safety, feed safety, and operational problems, and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
