2.During startup of the machine the operator must make sure that the abrasive hopper is filled with silicon carbide abrasive, the airline supply is bleed down, the air supply valves are turned on, the power to the machine is on, the E-stops are working properly, the coolant level is in operating range, the chiller is on, the Ebbco closed-loop filtration system is pumping correctly, the Waterveyor is removing abrasive from the tank, see that all gauges are within normal operating range, and check for leaks. 6.Operators must also verify that the drawing packets have assembly drawings, component drawing(s),special instructions, release form, request form, and any other specific information related to the drawing deemed necessary.
