Job: Operator 1.
Prior to driving transportation equipment/vacuum trucks, prepares for daily trip by inspecting vehicle and equipment, fueling truck, and ensuring all equipment is in excellent operating order. Completes manifests, Company documents, and other marking and placarding documents for every load managed; inspects all drums/containers on loads to ensure that they have the proper labels and markings.

I can perform common tasks such as operating gasoline or diesel-powered engineering and construction equipment with wheeled or crawler type traction, such as road graders, tractors with bulldozer or angle dozer blades, front-end loaders, backhoes, wheel loader, trench diggers, and large industrial tractors with pan or scraper attachments. You will operate graders, bulldozers, backhoes and other heavy engineering equipment and heavy trucks in all weather conditions; in confined areas close to buildings; on narrow gravel roads and uneven terrain adjacent to exposed drop-offs and obstructions in the performance of roads maintenance and project work.
p>SCREEN OUTS: Minimum Qualifications: Perform, with close supervision, some of the duties of an Arborist, which may include designing and installing tree support systems, pruning trees and shrubs, recognizing insects and diseases while performing condition assessments of trees, using compound rigging techniques and methods while removing large limbs and/or dismantling trees, and felling large, complex trees in high visitation areas. The primary purpose of the position is to provide proper care and maintenance of specimen trees and shrubs located within maintained landscapes; and mitigate hazard tree conditions along roadways and trails, and within developed areas such as campgrounds, picnic areas, etc., where the visiting public are invited to come;by performing arboricultural practices and applied arboricultural services.
