What You'll Do as a Production OperatorIn this role, you'll: Perform CNC machining tasks according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructionsLoad and unload machines, quality checks, deburrs, cleans, and packs parts to customer specificationsFollows all KRPM procedures for operation and inspection of parts, ensuring ISO quality practices are respected and tolerances are maintained throughout the entirety of each job runInspects all parts produced to meet customer quality expectations while performing milling, turning, drilling, tapping, de-burring, cleaning (all bench operations) and other processes as designatedDetects and reports defective materials and concerns to production Supervisor for corrective actionPerforms 5S on machines and work areas as required by department management for a clean area and work centerMaintains production pace to ensure customer demands and shipment deadlines.
