Collaborate with many diverse groups on campus to ensure the successful and cost-effective integration of production services in support of Academy programs and events, including theater, music and dance performances, and school meetings; Serve as a technical liaison to guest artists, performers, and vendors, to support Academy events and programs; review contracts and/or riders to ensure/negotiate that technical requirements are feasible; Maintain existing audio/visual equipment including sound, light, projection and other venue systems as appropriate, and coordinate maintenance service from outside vendors; Provide training and support for audio visual systems installed in the Hess Center for the Arts performance spaces, and event and meeting facilities, in collaboration with other ITS staff members. Provide lighting design & operation, live sound reinforcement, audio and video services and general stage management logistics in coordination with event hosts; Schedule, monitor and interface with live streaming vendors in Hess performance venues; Coordinate with the Production Services Technician to plan time off, ensuring adequate coverage, schedule overtime, and assignment adjustments as needed; Ensure work is done in an efficient and organized manner; Assist the Director in recruitment, orientation, and training of new production services staff.
