Job Title: Cementing Bulk Plant Operator Location: Horseheads, New York, 14845 Duration: 12+ Months Summary:<ul><li> The Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers. </li><li> The Bulk Plant Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work (SW), and manages risk during service delivery. </li><li> This person manages bulk plant facilities to facilitate delivery of prepared products and bulk materials to wellsites, maintaining excellent quality control (QC) in accordance with company policies and procedures. </li><li> The Bulk Plant Operator assists in training other Operators and trainees. This person ensures compliance with governmental regulations and industry standards, and reduces environmental impacts through observing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies. </li><li> Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. </li><li> Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite, on time, according to the job program design. </li><li> Check and/or calculate quantities of material blends required prior to loading. </li><li> Follow Product Line (PL) quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading. </li><li> Coordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with the PSD and Logistics Team. </li><li> Assist in conducting monthly inventory and daily paperwork completion for goods received and shipped. </li><li> Label and store additives in a safe manner and ensure the disposal of empty drums and pails. </li><li> Maintain bulk plant equipment by performing a daily check while ensuring the bulk plant is kept clean. </li><li> Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. </li><li> Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.</li></ul>

Elmira Stamping & Manufacturing is currently seeking a skilled Punch Press Operator to join our team. As a Punch Press Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of heavy-duty mechanical or hydraulic power presses to produce high-precision metal stampings and components. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical mechanical aptitude and a commitment to maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards.About Us: Elmira Stamping & Manufacturing has specialized in medium- to high-volume contract metal stamping, progressive die stamping, and CNC machining since 1970.Elmira Stamping & Manufacturing specializes in both deep-draw and progressive die stamping. We are equipped with man servo, high-speed, mechanical, and hydraulic stamping presses ranging from 30 to 400 tons. Our machines are optimized for automation with in-die contact and non-contact sensors. We are also experts in secondary put-and-take operations for parts that cannot be completed in a progressive die.Additionally, we have multiple 5-axis Emmegi XT extrusion milling centers with a bed capacity of 30 feet, plus turrets, lasers, and more.
