Works closely with First-Line Leaders to address daily production issues, establish priorities, implement policies and procedures, provide coaching, and secure the necessary resources to ensure timely production and delivery of finished goods across all shifts. These responsibilities include managing the cost center budgets, supervising personnel directly and indirectly, setting goals consistent with the overall business plan and reporting progress, and managing some of the day-to-day activities in the plant.
