Directs and supervises employees responsible for operating and/or providing technical support for the operations of the Company's electric T&D system that may involve service work, service administration, field planning, trouble calls, safety process, work order/AE processing, use of CSS/WMS, obtaining/expediting construction materials, joint facilities billing, customer billing jobs, and/or storm restoration. This is applicable to employees that will work in electric transmission, operations, and cyber security business areas in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, and New York within Avangrid Network and Corporate business areas.
