Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, agent development environments, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). As part of the AI and Research Computing team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing AI agents, workflows, and integrations that enhance productivity, improve service delivery, and accelerate innovation across the University.
