As an Employee Compliance Product Manager within the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) organization, you will help drive the product strategy and transformation of Employee Compliance (EC) capabilities and operating models-improving conduct and compliance risk coverage, operational effectiveness, and employee experience through technology, data, and organizational change. You will partner with EC Compliance Product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., EC Pillars, Technology, Product Delivery, Data Science, Controls, Human Resources) to define priorities, drive execution, and deliver measurable outcomes.
