The Chief Development and Communications Officer will serve as a member of HELP USA's executive leadership team, partnering closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Program Development Officer, General Counsel, and Chief of Staff to advance the organization's strategic priorities and mission. Candidates should bring many of the following experiences, competencies, and leadership characteristics: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in development, advancement, communications, external affairs, public affairs, marketing, or related functions within a nonprofit, housing, healthcare, higher education, public-sector, or similarly complex mission-driven organization.
