The surgeon will join a highly collaborative pediatric orthopedic team supported by Advanced Practice Providers, MAs, cast techs, care managers, psychologists, rehabilitation specialists, hospitalists, and consistent resident and fellow involvement from OHSU and international training programs. Proficiency in operative planning, surgical execution, and perioperative management for pediatric spine procedures, including posterior and anterior spinal approaches, corrective osteotomies, and growth-friendly techniques such as Mehta casting or growing rods.
