This individual will not only manage ad-hoc financial reporting and analytical requests but also serve as a key financial partner to our Brand Marketing Team. By meticulously analyzing business trends and pinpointing the most significant opportunities and challenges based on their impact on the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement—including factors such as sales, profit margins, cost management, customer acquisition expenses, and product performance—this role is crucial in guiding strategic decisions and enhancing financial excellence across the organization.The analyst will report directly to the Director of Front-End Finance and will have significant interfaces and engagement with Grand Circle’s CFO, CEO & COO.<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ol><li>Partner with Brand Marketing leaders to drive and support actions to beat annual financial plan.</li><li>Leverage analysis of Direct Sales Metrics to identify top opportunities and risks, recommend and quantify actions to improve Direct Sales P&L.</li><li>Attend Weekly Marketing and Revenue Management meetings; provide P&L and KPI updates with a focus on results vs financial plan and current action plan.</li><li>Develop and provide Weekly/Monthly Reporting for Brand Performance, including each of the Other Income items.</li><li>Support the monthly forecast process that includes producing reports and bridges that reconcile between estimates/plan.</li><li>Work with operational leaders to improve the operations and business.</li><li>Conduct ad hoc analysis of sales trends.</li></ol><h3>Requirements:</h3><ol><li>5-10 years of Finance Experience; Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Analysis experience is a plus.</li><li>Must be both a strong team player and independent worker who thrives in a fast-paced working environment.</li><li>Strong Excel knowledge is required.</li><li>Strong analytical skills are essential.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work well with business partners.</li><li>Curiosity and strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify and summarize key points.</li><li>Developed prioritization skills and ability to balance both short-term and long-term objectives.</li><li>History of working cross-functionally and building positive relationships with people and teams across a diverse organization.</li><li>Ability to liaise with multiple departments.</li></ol>#J-18808-Ljbffr
