This role supports combustor hardware for defense engines in Plant 2 and is responsible for supervising front-line manufacturing employees, driving consistent execution across the production line, and supporting operational performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. The supervisor plays a key role in maintaining workflow, resolving shop-floor issues, and ensuring production goals are achieved while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
