The Lead Teacher is responsible for guiding the daily classroom routine, leading developmentally appropriate activities, supervising children, supporting social-emotional development, and working closely with an Assistant Teacher and program leadership. This position is ideal for someone with experience in Pre-K, preschool, daycare, Head Start, early childhood education, or another structured classroom environment who enjoys creating a warm, organized, and engaging space for young children.
