The Contracts Paralegal / Contract Specialist supplemental workers will support Procurement by assisting, teaching and coaching Procurement Agents (Client), Senior Managers, and SMEs with contract drafting, vendor paper review, collecting and inputting comments to contracts from SMEs, template selection, contract negotiations, contract origination process reinforcement, and contract review discipline. The role will work closely with Procurement leadership, Client, SMEs, including Legal, and business stakeholders to reduce contractual and operational risk, improve adherence to work instructions, and strengthen the practical application of procurement and contract management processes.
