The Opportunity: As a Trust and Estates Paralegal, you will assist attorneys in all aspects of trust and estates transactions, administration and litigation, including drafting estate planning and funding documents, real estate transfer documents, probate and trust litigation pleadings, gift and estate tax returns, compiling supporting documentation, establishing supporting business entities (including limited liability entities and non-profit corporations), and related activities.
