Key Responsibilities-Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs to ensure students receive appropriate services.-Provide individualized academic and behavioral support aligned with student needs.-Assist in integrating technology and learning resources to enhance student engagement and critical thinking.-Monitor, document, and communicate student progress in accordance with district policies.-Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment across classroom and non‑classroom settings.-Collaborate with teachers, specialists, families, and community partners to support student success.-Participate in professional learning communities to strengthen instructional and assessment practices.-Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.-Perform additional duties as assigned. Experience working with children, ideally in an educational environment.-Understanding of special education practices and instructional strategies.-Proficiency with computers and multimedia tools used to support instruction.-Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, and families.-Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
