We are currently looking for a vibrant Valet Parking Attendant to join our team.  This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests' experiences start off on the right foot by providing exceptional service from the moment they arrive. If you are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests, this job is for you.  RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at our establishment </li><li>Direct guests on parking and the check-in process </li><li>Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests they may have. This position is ideal for a leader with a proven track record in the parking industry who can drive growth and operational efficiency. </div> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul><li>Leadership: Lead by example, instilling a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Drive the company's vision and values. </li><li>Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to maintain and increase client retention rates. Ensure that clients receive excellent service and address any concerns promptly. </li><li>Client Satisfaction: Foster a culture of exceptional client service. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations. </li><li>Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams. Create and execute business development plans to expand the client base and increase profitability. </li><li>Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, setting clear goals and expectations. </li><li>P&L Analysis: Analyze financial data to make informed decisions regarding budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability. </li><li>Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient and effective parking management. Continuously improve operational processes. </li><li>Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. </li><li>Financial Management: Manage financial resources efficiently, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice </li></ul> <h3>Skills, Knowledge, Expertise and Requirements</h3> <ul><li>3-5 years of experience in real estate management and/or the parking industry preferred.</li><li>Experience on airport parking logistics preferred</li><li>Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze financial data.  </li><li>Results-driven and goal-oriented.  </li><li>Leadership and team-building abilities.  </li><li>Proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding established sales targets.  </li><li>Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze situations or issues, determine options, and select the most effective solutions in a timely and efficient manner.  </li><li>Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to accommodate unexpected situations.  </li><li>Strong communication and business writing skills, both written and verbal.  </li><li>Exceptional customer service skills.  </li><li>Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties.  </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills for a large client base, yet a smaller personalized work environment. </li><li>Client-focused mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction.  </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred. </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.  </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).  </li><li>Experience in account management  </li><li>Valid Driver license with good driving record</li><li>Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security.
