The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a sizeable portfolio of the business, with a strong focus on client retention, client satisfaction, business development, team development, leadership, human resources management, P&L analysis, operational planning, communication, and financial management. That’s why we prioritize our teams, champion a positive culture, and relentlessly pursue excellence. <br/>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Parking Operations in  MCGHEE TYSON AIRPORT, Knoxville, TN.  The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a sizeable portfolio of the business, with a strong focus on client retention, client satisfaction, business development, team development, leadership, human resources management, P&L analysis, operational planning, communication, and financial management. This position is ideal for a leader with a proven track record in the parking industry who can drive growth and operational efficiency. </div><br/><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br/><ul><li><strong>Leadership: </strong>Lead by example, instilling a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Drive the company's vision and values. </li><li><strong>Client Retention:</strong> Develop and implement strategies to maintain and increase client retention rates. Ensure that clients receive excellent service and address any concerns promptly. </li><li><strong>Client Satisfaction: </strong>Foster a culture of exceptional client service. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations. </li><li><strong>Sales and Business Development:</strong> Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams. Create and execute business development plans to expand the client base and increase profitability. </li><li><strong>Team Development: </strong>Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, setting clear goals and expectations. </li><li><strong>P&L Analysis: </strong>Analyze financial data to make informed decisions regarding budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability. </li><li><strong>Operational Planning:</strong> Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient and effective parking management. Continuously improve operational processes. </li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Maintain open and effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. </li><li><strong>Financial Management:</strong> Manage financial resources efficiently, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure the company's financial health and sustainability. </li><li><strong>Human Resources Oversight:</strong> Support and coordinate HR functions including staffing, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance to ensure operational efficiency and workforce alignment. </li><li><strong>OTHER DUTIES:</strong> Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain an all‐inclusive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice </li></ul><br/><h3>Skills, Knowledge, Expertise and Requirements</h3><br/><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in real estate management and/or the parking industry preferred.</li><li>Experience on airport parking logistics preferred</li><li>Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze financial data.  </li><li>Results-driven and goal-oriented.  </li><li>Leadership and team-building abilities.  </li><li>Proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding established sales targets.  </li><li>Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze situations or issues, determine options, and select the most effective solutions in a timely and efficient manner.  </li><li>Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to accommodate unexpected situations.  </li><li>Strong communication and business writing skills, both written and verbal.  </li><li>Exceptional customer service skills.  </li><li>Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties.  </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills for a large client base, yet a smaller personalized work environment. </li><li>Client-focused mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction.  </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred. </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.  </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).  </li><li>Experience in account management  </li><li>Valid Driver license with good driving record</li><li>Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security.
