You will provide counseling, crisis intervention, advocacy, psychoeducation, and ongoing psychosocial support to help patients and families navigate the healthcare system, access community resources, strengthen coping skills, and enhance their overall quality of life. Working closely with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team, you will facilitate family meetings, support educational and patient-focused programs, and serve as a trusted resource throughout the continuum of care.
