Job Duties: 75% - GENERAL MAINTENANCE/REPAIRS AFTER-HOURS: Performs alterations, repairs, and maintenance of buildings, floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, doors, windows, screens, scaffolding, concrete forms, wood fixtures, and furniture. In delivering service, Business Services and Organizational Excellence maintains a focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, best-in-class technology, and the strategic and sustainable use of university resources while maintaining compliance with attention to corporate social responsibility both within the institution and among its suppliers.
