The supervisor supports Rehab Managers and the Director in developing solutions to rehab services care delivery, operational processes/workflows, technological innovations, any regulatory developments, and restructuring of work. The Supervisor-Rehabilitation Services has responsibility for providing direct patient care, managing operational workflows, and supporting clinical aspects of an assigned group of clinicians within Rehab Services to provide effective and efficient patient care.
