Under the direction of the Director of Health Center Operations, the Site Supervisor will work closely with the clinical team, including Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health providers and support staff, as well as Clinic and Revenue Cycle Managers to ensure that administrative, financial, facilities and quality goals are met. Work closely with clinical and leadership, nurse and behavioral health manager(s), medical director, medical providers and other clinical staff in a collaborative approach to excel in service, process, staff coverage, and clinical care outcomes.
